If you are running late, we may not be able to service you out of consideration for our clients that are waiting and to give you the best level of service
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Ciao Bella Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours of when your service was performed.
All services are non-refundable, but we are happy to schedule a complimentary appointment to go over any issues you may have. If needed, corrective services will be performed free of charge. We are not responsible for change of mind after services.
