PROTOCOL FOR OUR CLIENTS

 

 

  • If you or anyone in your household has experienced fever, cough, chills, or any other symptoms, please inform us before entering salon and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.

 

  • We will be checking temperatures upon arrival. If you have a temperature of 99.9 or higher, you will kindly be asked to reschedule.

  • We are making appointments at this time. Walk ins not acceptedTo properly ensure our clients receive the time and attention they deserve, we will be booking outside of business hours in some cases. In order to book a time before or after business hours, we require a credit card on file. No shows will be charged in full.

 

  • Please park in designated parking spots and wait for us to call you for your appointment.

 

  • Wash/sanitize hands upon arrival.

     

  • Keep personal items to a minimum (keys, form of payment, cell phone). No guests will be permitted at this time. One stylist per guest.

 

  • All clients entering salon will need a mask with ear loops that covers nose & mouth. Mask must be worn during the entirety of your service(s), unless doing so would be contrary to his or her health or safety due to a medical condition.

 

  • The salon is following strict sanitization and cleaning guidelines and your stylist will be required to wear proper PPE, including face shield & mask.

 

  • We are currently not blow drying at this time. No beard trims or makeup applications during this time.

 

  • Our retail area will be blocked off. Please ask your stylist for assistance in purchasing or picking out products.

 

  • Please limit verbal communication between your stylist when within 6ft to the extent practical.
